Kristen Doyle, R.N., Director of Nursing

Kristen began her journey at Hancock Village in 2015, when she began working as a Universal Worker at Maple Grove Memory Care. Kristen’s goal at the time was to save money for college, as she was studying Accounting and Finance at Quincy University. However, as Kristen continued to work at Maple Grove, she began to develop a passion for caring for the residents.

To follow and develop this passion, Kristen decided to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), as her love for the geriatric population continued to grow.

Kristen felt drawn to continue her journey in healthcare and nursing and decided to pursue nursing school. Regarding this decision, Kristen states, “It just felt like everything fell in to place.”

After becoming an LPN, Kristen accepted a nursing position at Maple Grove, where she had fallen in love with the geriatric population. Kristen worked full time as an LPN while also achieving her license as a Registered Nurse (RN). In October of 2020, Kristen accepted the position of Director of Nursing (DON) at Hancock Village.

In Kristen’s free time, she loves spending time with her family, including her parents and two sisters, Megan and Rylan.

Regarding her time at Hancock Village, Kristen states, “I have had a wonderful experience at Hancock Village and I am excited for more to come! I cannot wait to see what God has in store for us here at Hancock Village and how He is going to use me to better the lives of our seniors.”
